Your use of angkorgate.com website is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement. By accessing or using this site, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the Agreement.

1. OWNERSHIP

The angkorgate.com website, and each of its modules, together with the arrangement and compilation of the content found on this site, is the copyrighted property of angkorgate Inc and/or its various third party accommodation providers and hotels. In addition, the trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on this site (collectively, the "Trademarks") are the property of their respective owners, and all of the above may not be copied, downloaded or otherwise exploited without our permission or the respective owner’s permission.


2. USE OF SITE

Angkor Gate Inc (Angkor Gate) grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use this site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.

2.2.2 Angkorgate.com website and the content provided herein, including the text, graphics, button icons, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without the written permission of Angkor Gate Services, except that you may download, display and print the materials presented on this site for your personal non-commercial use only;

2.2.3 No automated systems such as but not limited to ‘spiders’, ‘robots’, other automatic devices, algorithm, ‘offline readers’ or methodology having similar processes or functionality or manual process to monitor or copy any of the web pages, data or content found on this site that access the angkorgate.com website for improper use shall be employed. You shall not circumvent, immobilize or otherwise interfere with any security feature of this site or features set up to prevent or restrict unauthorized use of the this site or use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this site.

Consequently angkorgate is unable to remove or edit the content of such third-party websites.
 
4.2 Angkorgate is not liable for any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages or expense suffered by you or a third party, arising out of or in connection with a Link to third party websites and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold angkorgate, its principal, agents, third party accommodation providers/hotels, their directors and employees harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, or expenses suffered by you or such other third parties.

5. PRIVACY

Your use of angkorgate.com website confirm your consent to the use of your personal information by angkorgate and/or its third party providers in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set forth in the said Privacy Policy.

6. PRICING

Prices are quoted based on availability of hotel rooms/accommodations with our Accommodation Providers. In view of the above, we reserve the right to change prices at anytime before you make your reservation.

7. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY

7.1 Angkorgate makes no warranty of any kind regarding angkorgate.com website and/or any material, content, other data, information, graphics images or pictures contained herein, all of which are provided on an “As is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not represent or warrant the accuracy, integrity or quality of the material, content, other data, information, images, graphics or pictures contained herein.
7.2 Moreover angkorgate does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any of the content or data found on angkorgate.com website.
7.3 Angkorgate does not warrant that angkorgate.com website, its servers or any e-mail sent from Angkor Gate Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
7.4 7.4 Angkorgate does not assume responsibility or liability for any injury or damage to a person or property as well as injury or death as a consequence of using angkorgate.com website, relying on the material thereat and/or Content posted.

8.4 In its sole discretion, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to angkorgate and without any liability whatsoever, angkrogate at any time and without notice may terminate or restrict your access to any component of this site.

11. TERMINATION

Notwithstanding any terms to the contrary contained in the angkorgate.com User Agreement, angkorgate reserves the right in its sole discretion without any notice or reasoning or liability to you (1) to terminate, restrict or suspend your use of angkorgate.com website and/or any component thereof, prevent your future access to angkorgate.com website and all its services;(2) to suspend or terminate angkorgate.com website or any portion thereof including the provision of all or part of its services at any time for any reason including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions However such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which angkorgate and its third party providers and hotels may be entitled, at law or in equity.
